How We Sell
Standard offerings where they fit
We have defined packages for SEO. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a menu the client has to choose from.Custom scopes are normal
Plenty of good engagements do not match a package. That is expected, not an exception to apologise for.Recurring and fixed-term both exist
Retained monthly work, fixed-term engagements and one-time projects are all valid shapes.One-time work is scoped around an outcome
A defined deliverable with an end, not an open-ended arrangement that quietly renews.Media spend is separate from our fee
Advertising budget is the client's spend and sits outside the management fee unless a proposal says otherwise.
SEO
Recurring SEO management. Terms vary widely in practice — roughly three months to three years. Standard packages exist and custom packages are equally available.

What the work covers
Keyword targeting, backlink and authority building, technical on-site fixes, AEO and GEO optimization, toxic-link monitoring, authority articles and editorial placements, on-site content, business listings, and performance reporting. What a given client actually gets depends on the tier or the custom scope.

Paid Media
Google Ads and paid social, including anything running on Meta. The service is real and sold today; the commercial model is not settled.
Typical scope
- Channels
- Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid social.
- Setup
- Campaign build and deployment, audience or keyword targeting, conversion tracking.
- Ongoing
- Campaign management, optimization and recommendations.
- Measurement
- Reporting may cover conversion rate, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per conversion, spend, reach and impressions, conversion volume, and campaign insights. What a client actually receives is set by their proposal, not by this list.
Engagement types
- Ongoing monthly management
- Retained, continuing until either side ends it.
- Fixed-term campaign management
- For example: the client supplies the campaign concept or copy, and Web Wizards deploys and executes the campaign, monitors performance, manages analytics and provides insights across the campaign period.
- One-time setup, audit or remediation
- Scoped work with an end date. See below.
Email Marketing
Listed so the gap is visible rather than assumed. This is the least defined thing we sell.
One-Time Projects
Scoped around a defined outcome. A project can run several weeks or months without becoming a retainer — the difference is that it ends.
Examples, not a menu
- SEO
- Technical remediation, content production, audit or cleanup, keyword research, site-migration SEO, and website changes needed for SEO.
- Paid Media
- Account audit or restructure, conversion tracking setup or cleanup, campaign and account setup, fixed-term campaign deployment, analytics and measurement setup, campaign-readiness review.
- Social Media
- Account or platform setup, profile cleanup, access and infrastructure cleanup, initial content strategy or roadmap, social audit, initial content and creative launch work.
- Cross-service
- Analytics, GA4 and GTM work, marketing audits, research, reporting setup, and other clearly scoped implementation work.
Then What?
Once something is sold, it moves into Client Onboarding.
- OverviewWho owns onboarding, what happens in what order, and what has to be true before delivery starts.
- Internal HandoffWhat sales passes to delivery, in what format, and what delivery confirms before work starts.
- Service OnboardingService-specific setup that runs alongside the general onboarding process where appropriate.
Social Media Management
Organic social. Facebook and Instagram are the usual pair, LinkedIn is common, TikTok and YouTube only where specifically scoped.
